What's the Difference Between 1-Channel and 9-Channel Remotes?

1-Channel remote can control 1 motor individually, while 9-Channel remote can control 9 motors individually. Additionally, the 1-Channel remote can control up to 10 motors, but they would be operated together, like closing or opening at the same time.

My Tube is 25/28 mm, How Should the Motor be Mounted?

I Have Added the USB WiFi Dongle in the App, but Still Can't Control the Motor.

After adding the USB WiFi dongle, you need to pair the motor with the dongle. Press the button on the motor once, then press the "UP" button in the app.
