To install the motor, first measure the width and weight of your shade fabric. This blind motor can carry up to 3m / 4kg of shade fabric. Next, put the motor into the tube and the end cap into the other side, then install the brackets.

The difference between the 1-channel remote and the 9-channel remote is that the 1-channel remote can control one motor individually, while the 9-channel remote can control nine motors individually. The 1-channel remote can also control up to 10 motors, but they will be controlled together, like closing or opening at the same time.

To ensure the Zigbee hub works with the motor, please make sure it is a Tuya Zigbee hub. Blindsmart also sells the Tuya Zigbee hub in their store. When using the motor with HomeKit, it must be used with the Blindsmart HomeKit Zigbee hub.

Please note that a Tuya Zigbee 3.0 Hub Gateway is required for this blind motor. The motor works with 36mm, 37mm, and 38mm (inner diameter) shade tubes and can carry up to 3 kg of fabric. It has a built-in 3000mAh Li-battery, and you can use a USB cable to charge it. You can also choose the version with a solar panel charger.

The blinds motor works with the Tuya Smart or Smart Life app, as it has a built-in Tuya Zigbee receiver. However, the Zigbee hub is not included in the package. You can also control your smart blinds directly with Alexa, Google Home, and Siri voice control.

Before purchasing, please measure the outside diameter of your shade tube, as the motor works for 36/37/38mm roller shades tubes. You also need to prepare a Zigbee hub gateway for controlling your smart roller blinds directly through the Tuya app, Echo, Google Home, and Siri voice control.
